Hello, I'm Gail Bubb, founder of Tranquility Ballet.
With a passion for ballet, dance, movement and wellbeing, I established Tranquility Ballet in 2020.
My programs are offered inclusively, regardless of ability or dance background. My greatest joy is to see someone achieving something new in their lives and enjoying it wholeheartedly.
I strive to offer an environment that is welcoming and nurturing, with a tonne of laughs thrown in.
I enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle and bring my enthusiasm and zest for life into my classes.
My genre includes Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Musical Theatre and Yoga. I also offer Retreats from time to time.
I enjoy bringing people together and fostering a true sense of community, with coffee and lunch get togethers and trips to the ballet - both for class participation and seeing a production.
I hope you can join our ballet family soon, new members are always welcome.

My Story
With over 40 years experience as a Performer and Professional Dance and Examination Teacher, my teaching syllabus and experience includes Commonwealth Society of Teacher of Dance CSTD, Royal Academy of Dance RAD, Asia Dance Pacific Association ADPA, British Ballet Organisation BBO, Ballet Australasia Limited BAL, National Dance Association NDA and Australian Teacher of Dance ATOD.

My performance experience includes Musical Theatre roles with the Canberra Philharmonic Society and Shoestring Theatre Company in Brisbane, The Steps Dance Company and the Entertainment Store, Brisbane. Catwalk, still photography and commercials for the Kimberley Modelling Academy, Canberra and National Commercials for Sass Management Gold Coast (Suncorp).

Choreographic experience includes numerous Eisteddfod Solos and Group routines throughout Brisbane, end of year Concert choreography for Steps Dance Company, Dance Direction, Showdance and Tranquility Ballet. Community performances in Respite Centres and Nursing Homes across Brisbane. Wedding Dance Choreography. Genre also includes Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre and Ballet. Choreography for Seniors Superstarts Brisbane and talent quests.

Licensed Provider of the Queensland Ballet Senior's Ballet Program and Children's Petit Pointers Program.
Reg. Teacher Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dance (CSTD Dip. T)
Accredited Holistic Life Coach and Meditation Teacher (IMTTA)
Accredited Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance).
Member Gold Moves Australia.
Preferred Provider for the Moreton Bay City Council's Healthy and Active Programs
